Educated as Master Mariner (BSc) with additional university studies in leadership, safety culture and communication. Has worked within the merchant fleet from the rank of ordinary seaman up to Master/Installation Manager and have formal qualifications within coaching and teaching. Worked a number of years with Maersk Drilling as a Performance Coach with focus on implementation and performance improvement. Works today as a lecturer at Linneus University.

Educated as a Naval Officer with several additional formal qualifications. Has a long experience as manager and leader in several organisations, both within private and public sector. Currently also working with the Swedish Armed Forces as a section leader for leadership training for naval officers and teaches in "Leadership during Challenging Conditions" and "Developing Leadership".
